candidates to hiring manager followed by client
feedback and sharing of additional criteria. Upon
acceptance, resume and project list (if applicable)

post interview evaluation, negotiations and final
decision making processes.

Candidates are qualified through a comprehensive interview process,
detailed reference checking, background screening and credit checks
(upon request) and overall assessment based on client needs established
via company completed Assignment Specification Form (ASF).
