Description:
Join the Preconstruction Department in the Central Region of this large, employee owned General Contractor. The Preconstruction Department, a valued partner to Operations personnel, is a large group of professional estimators working on some of the most challenging projects in the country. This individual will be a key member of each project team and will lead team’s efforts to provide preconstruction services to clients. This includes developing a bid strategy and leading and executing the entire bid process for both negotiated bids and hard bids.
